Fabrice Simon was the king of 80s sparkle. We couldn't count the number of his dresses that made an appearance on the red carpet in the 1980s. Hand beaded evening wear was his specialty and as you can see here he was excellent at his job. Black silk heavily beaded and embellished cocktail dress. Star and arrows decorate this masterwork. High neck with low back and fan sleeves. Light elastic at waist to anchor dress. Fully lined and in excellent condition.
